🚔 Vehicle Recovered | Suspected used in Crime | Hartshill

This afternoon, officers from Atherstone Safer Neighbourhood Team, working alongside the North Warwickshire Rural Crime Team, recovered a Volkswagen Touareg in Hartshill.

The vehicle had already come to our attention after being linked to the theft of registration plates in the local area. It is also suspected to have been used in further criminal activity, and checks at the scene revealed that it had no valid tax or insurance.

Thanks to the proactive work of both teams, the vehicle has now been removed from the roads and will be examined as part of ongoing enquiries.
